Sumit Sharma was born in Jalesar Uttar Pradesh in 1983. He studied Bechlor of Fine Arts and graduated from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth Varanasi in 2008 with first class. Now lives in Delhi Ncr
Sumit Sharma is a young contemporary artist of India. Who has participated in many National and International Art Exhibition. He received many awards and honours from various groups and recently was awarded for his Painting "Spiritual India" in International Art Exhibition in Philippines His first real “rush” as a artist was when he was five years old, He started drawing on walls with chalks and later started experimenting with colours and texture. He is working in all medium as Oil Colour, Acrylic Colour, Water Colour ,Pastels, Pen and Ink, Charquel Digital Art and Photography. Painting was his personal way of showing his love and passion for Indian culture and spirituality combine with his frustration of child labour and harassment in India. Although Sumit’s work is based on Indian themes. His work also covers a broad range of subjects and use of materials; from Painting, and Photography to digital Art. His love for art has also influence him to write poems. As a artist he doesn’t want to be bound. in a same techniqe and style because artists are same as a scientist who invent new things for the world....so if we bound our creativity ...we never discover new techniques new mediums and style so
