James McCarthy said… I really like your work, Sharon. Highly detailed for the most part yet whimsical.
I see some Magritte influence in some. People compare my work to Dali sometimes but personally, aside from Bosch, my favorite artists of the early surrealist movement are Magritte, Remedios Varo and of course, Max Ernst who is a definite influence on me as far as technique goes- at least in some of my paintings, anyway.
I see that you like to place a certain emphasis on the beauty of landscapes as well, as do I.
