Il mio primo quadro, a 18 anni, l'ho eseguito con colori a olio e da allora, pur avendo sperimentato la tempera, l'acrilico e l'acquerello, ho sempre preferito l'olio a qualunque altra tecnica.

Non a caso la gran parte dei capolavori nel corso della storia dell'Arte sono dipinti con il colore ad olio .....

Each child receives 12 Euro a month. A small amount but we made a big difference to change 18 children’s lives. Four of these children graduated from High school and are currently attending college towards gaining a degree.
It makes a big difference to help these children have a normal life. We believe even a small amount can help transform the life of a street child and contribute to the country’s development.

Comment by Freda Gudopp on July 31, 2012 at 9:37pm: I don't think it matters what type of paints you use whether it oils, acrylics, pastels ect! it's up to the Artist what they feel best suits themselves, I tried using oils, but I found it wasn't good for my asthma, so I tried Acrylic's and found my health didn't suffer, so this for my love of painting I have stuck to acrylics, sorry all you oil painting astists I did try, I do use different mediumns like pastels, but I also have to be careful of them as well, ah, what it is to have good health and be an artist.
