Italia Arte, MIIT, Folco Gallery, in collaboration and with the sponsorship of public and private institutions organize and take care of the exhibition "Contemporary Florence," which will be held at the prestigious locations of the Society for Promotion of Fine Arts „ Museo Casa di Dante“ in Florence.

To present a careful selection of the best italian and foreign contemporary artists it has been chosen a historic place, unique for its charm, history and impression: the headquarter of the Company Promoter of Fine Arts Circle of Artists „Museo Casa di Dante“ in Florence. The foundation date goes back to 1843, when a group of prominent Florentine founded "La Società Promotrice di Belle Arti" in order to promote and propagate art in its various manifestations.

The 10th January 2013 Vittorio Sgarbi will open the

1st International Biennale of Art in Palermo, Italy.

The event directed by Paolo Levi and Sandro Serradifalco will present to the sicilian public 714 artworks from all over the world.

The 1st INTERNATIONAL BIENNALE OF ART OF PALERMO has the sponsorship of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, of the City of Palermo and of the Cultural Office of the Region Sicily in Italy. 

The expositive path is organized through the red hall of the Politama Theatre, the San Bartolomeo Lodge and the Malfitano-Whitaker mansion. In the Civic Museum of Contemporary Art Giuseppe Sciortino of Monreale will be organized the foreign artists  and the special stylistic section.
